2006 Teens and Sleep0

The 2006 Sleep in America™ poll finds that American adolescents (6th – 12th grade) are not getting the sleep they need, and this lack of sleep gets worse as they progress through their teen years. Most parents are unaware that their kids aren’t sleeping enough, but they can play a key role in helping them get a good night’s sleep.
