Washington, D.C. (March 1, 2016) —The National Sleep Foundation (NSF) will launch Sleep Awareness Week© 2016, the annual event celebrating sleep health running March 6th through March 13th. Sleep Awareness Week encourages the public to prioritize sleep to improve their overall health and well-being. The theme of Sleep Awareness 2016 theme is #7Days4BetterSleep.
