With all of the free information available online, not to mention from friends and family members, what can a sleep consultant offer you that you can’t get yourself?
Truth be told, if a book or a website works to get your little one sleeping through the night, you might not need the personal attention and customized solutions that a consultant can offer. But if you’re struggling to get the sleep you and your baby need, they can make all the difference in the world. I’ll explain how in this week’s video.

I mean, at the root of weight loss, we all get it, right? We all know we need to eat less calories, we need to exercise more. But for whatever reason, it’s very hard to hold ourselves to these commitments. It’s very hard to figure out a plan where there’s all this information, and a lot of the information conflicts. Some says eat carbs, some say don’t eat carbs, some say fat, some say no fat. I mean, it’s a minefield of conflicting advice, when you go into the weight loss world.

Everyone has advice about how to get a baby to sleep. You go online, oof, you’re bombarded with advice. Bookstores, same thing. All kinds of books about baby sleep, and a lot of it says very contradicting info, right? Let your child cry, never let your child cry, she should be napping, she shouldn’t be napping.
All of these things can just leave moms and parents feeling like, what should I do, what the heck should I do? And a lot of times you just get super-overwhelmed by it all, and you end up doing nothing.
